In the Technical Program, each session is labelled by a session code. The third character of the session code indicates whether the session is an oral lecture session (“L”) or a poster session (“P”). For example, session code “M1 L1” indicates that it is an oral lecture session, whereas “M2 P1” indicates a poster session.
The size of the poster board is 1 meter wide and 2 meters high. For oral sessions, each presentation is allocated a time slot of 20 minutes, with roughly 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
